If we are doing ten bicep curls, when does the real growth begin? Which curl is the most effective? The first one? The tenth?
Actually, it's the ELEVENTH . . . . when we don't think we can do another, when we feel like quitting, that's when we are on the verge of real growth. When we go beyond what is comfortable, we go outside our comfort zone.
I challenge you to do that "ELEVENTH curl" in other areas of your life. It may be uncomfortable initially, but the benefits far outweigh that discomfort.
