Step 1: Write down the specific goals you want to achieve. The key is to be very specific.
Step 2: For each goal, write down at least three reasons why you want to achieve those goals. If you have strong, compelling reasons why you want to achieve a specific goal, then you will be driven to find out the strategies necessary to achieve the goals. Of the four steps, this is the single most important step!
Step 3: Write down specific steps that you can take to achieve your goals.
Step 4: On a weekly, or even daily basis, re-evaluate to see if you need to modify your action steps in order to move closer to achieving your goals.
Celebrate your successes along the way. Remember, we want to Happily Achieve, rather than Achieve To Be Happy!
