Is there a difference between responding and reacting? Absolutely! When we respond we are in control, whereas when we react we are out of control.
By having more than one tool available we will be able to respond to life's challenges. The times when we have reacted are the times when we did not feel like we had choices.
By continuing to educate yourself and by continually developing new tools, your confidence level will increase. Your confidence will increase because you will be making decisions in a proactive manner as supposed to a reactive manner.
So remember before making decisions, look for options so that you can make these decisions in a proactive way, ensuring that you are responding, not reacting to life's situations.
