What we eat will determine our Ideal Performance State. Our food choices influence our body’s ability to perform or not perform at its peak level.

Larger meals can lead to fatigue. Start getting in the habit of eating portions as big as your fist. Pledge to take six of the seven days next week to eat six smaller meals that are healthy. If you are not sure if a food is healthy, or cannot pronounce the ingredients, then pass on it. Cucumber slices, nuts, baby carrots, and fruit make great snacks that can be brought to work for snacking throughout the day.

If you happen to have a "sweet tooth", then choose to make one of the seven days of the week, your one day to eat ANYTHING you want. This way you aren't depriving yourself of those practical "sweet tooth" needs.

By choosing to set yourself up for eating and snacking success, you choose to live at your Peak Performance State.

When you have cravings for something you know is not healthy . . . just remember that NOTHING tastes as good as healthy feels!
