This course is designed to teach the employee how to leverage the powerful advantages of Microsoft Project 2003 in a real work environment. Broken up into three one day courses, though it is not required to take all the courses, we recommend following the sequence as each level is designed to compliment and build on the previous level.
| Levels Overview: |
Level One - Overview Students will learn how to use Microsoft Project 2003 to manage a project. The topics in this course cover the critical skills necessary to create and modify a project plan file that contains tasks, resources, and resource assignments. |
Level Two - Intermediate The second course in the Mastering Microsoft Project 2003 series. In Microsoft Project 2003: Level 1, you used your project management skills to create a complete project plan. This course will build upon that knowledge, and give you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase. |
Level Three - Advanced In this course, students will learn to use Microsoft Project Professional 2003 to create, coordinate, and communicate project information in a consistent and efficient manner within the framework of an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) environment. Students will learn some advanced features of Microsoft Project 2003 and how to use Microsoft Project Central. This course meets the Microsoft Proficiency Guidelines for Microsoft Project 2003 at the Expert level. |
